City College Norwich has exclusive use of the FDC three days a week to run work-related sports courses.
The College offers a range of NVQ and BTEC work-related courses that are designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to pursue a rewarding career in sport and active leisure. Courses running at the FDC will be for students with a specific interest in football, and focus on performance analysis, performance management, activity leadership, facility management, fitness training and working with clients and the media.
Students will benefit hugely from the use of this fantastic new facility; it opens up an excellent opportunity for them to train in an on-the-job environment. Norfolk County FA will also be looking for volunteers and apprentices to support coaching and development staff.
